What is the hierarchy of the English courts?

Supreme Court → Court of Appeal (Civil/Criminal) → High Court (QBD/Chancery/Family) → Crown Court (criminal) / County Court (civil) → Magistrates' Court. Each level binds those below it. The Supreme Court can depart from its own decisions (1966 Practice Statement).
