The model returns band (First 70+, 2:1 60-69, 2:2 50-59, Third / Pass 40-49, Fail <40), specific strengths and weaknesses (quoted from your answer), an IRAC structure score 0-10, and whether you cited the key authorities correctly.
Is the marking scheme actually accurate?
We extract criteria directly from FE-1 examiners' reports and the dominant Irish casebooks for each subject. The grader is instructed not to invent criteria — only to award against what is in the marking scheme.
Will this hallucinate Irish authorities?
The grader rates citation accuracy against the marking scheme's authorities — it does not generate fresh citations. If you cite a non-existent case the grader flags cited_authorities_correct as false.
