Sinéad runs a baking supplies business. On 3 March 2024 she emails Patrick offering 200kg of organic flour at €4/kg, 'firm offer for 14 days'. On 7 March Patrick replies: 'I will take 200kg at €3.80'. Sinéad does not reply. On 14 March Patrick emails: 'I accept your original offer'. Has a contract been formed? Advise Sinéad.
