Motion to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Appellate Division of the Spireme Court in the first judicial department, entered March 10, 1896, which affirmed a judgment in favor of defendants entered upon the report of a referee.
The motion was made upon the ground that the decision of the Appellate Division was unanimous and that no question of law is presented for review.
