Appeal from an order of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the third judicial department, entered May 11, 1898, affirming, on certiorari, a determination of respondents denying the application of appellant for a reopening and a rehearing of the petition of the Forty-second Street, Manhattan ville and St. Nicholas Avenue Railroad Company for approval of a change of motive power in the operation of its line, from horse power to an underground system of electricity.
