Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, entered March 13, 1974, unanimously affirmed. Respondent shall recover of appellant $60 costs and disbursements of this appeal. During the arbitration the petitioner Sony timely objected to the consideration of the improper elements of damage. The subsequent award exceeded the arbitrators’ authority under the contract.
