The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Jeremiah Stroman, Appellant. [833 NYS2d 409] [MAJORITY] Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated March 14, 2006 (People v Stroman, 27 AD3d 589 [2006]), affirming two judgments of the County Court, Orange County, both rendered January 27, 2004. Ordered that the application is denied. The appellant has failed to establish that he was denied the effective assistance of appellate counsel (see Jones v Barnes, 463 US 745 [1983]; People v Stultz, 2 NY3d 277 [2004]). Krausman, J.P, Goldstein, Florio and Lifson, JJ., concur.
