An executor appeals from that part of a decree on remittitur of the Surrogate’s Court, Kings County, making an allowance to a special guardian for certain infants. Decree, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements to the respondent and to the executor, payable out of the estate. Ho opinion. Holán, P. J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
