Order unanimously modified by reinstating the assessments (land and building) for the .years 1914-15, 1945-46, 1946-47, and by reinstating the assessments for the land and by fixing the building valuation at $545,000 for the years 1947-48 and 1948-49 and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs- and disbursements to the appellants.
