Appeal from an order granting examination before trial of a foreign corporation, a defendant in an action for damages received through the negligence of agents of the corporation. It appears that the foreign corporation maintains an office for the transaction of business in charge of a managing agent in the city of Albany. Order unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs.
