In Error to the District Court of the'United States for the Western District of New York. Action by Mae E. Goodspeed against the iEtna Life Insurance Company of Hartford, Conn., to recover the amount of a claim under an accident insurance policy. Judgment for defendant, and plaintiff brings error.
