On argument, order denying petitioner’s application for a judicial recanvass, review and recount of all of the ballots cast in the primary election held on August 20, 1946, by the Republican Party for the public position of Assemblyman in the 16th Assembly District, Kings County, and for other relief, and dismissing the proceeding, affirmed, without costs. Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ.. concur.
