Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Richmond; Edmund Waddill, Jr., Judge. Suit by the Duplex Envelope Company, Incorporated, against the A. S. Kratz Company, Incorporated, and another. From a decree (225 Fed. 68) dismissing the bill, complainant appeals.
Affirmed.
