In Error to the District Court of the United States, for the Southern District of Florida;
Rhydon M. Call, Judge. Sam Clouts and others were convicted of breaking and entering a railroad car with intent to steal therefrom property being transported in interstate commerce, and they bring error.
Affirmed.
