Appeal from the District Court of the United States for tne Southern District of New York. Libel for loading by the Union Transport iCompany, Inc., against the steamship Gozan Maru, claimed by _ I. Saito. Libel dismissed, on the ground that libelant was charged with notice of the charter placing on the charterer the obligation of paying for such services, and libelant appeals.
