In the Matter of Virginia M. Sleight, as Clerk of the Children’s Court of the County of Warren. [MAJORITY] Motion by the clerk of the Children’s Court of Warren County to destroy records from January 1, 1941 to December 31, 1948 as follows: (A) all of the flies numbered 1-41 to and including the file numbered 78-48 except that judgment rolls, case histories and medical reports be microfilmed before destruction.
