At the trial the collector’s letter and statements attached to each entry showing the goods remaining in warehouse on the effective date of T. D. 50797 were received in evidence. Following Abstract 48988 the bottles in question were held properly dutiable at Vs cent per pound under paragraphs 217 and 810, as modified by T. D. 50797.
