OPINION OF THE COURT
Per Curiam.
Motion by respondent, joined in by the Disciplinary Committee, for an order confirming the report of the Disciplinary Committee’s Hearing Panel finding that respondent has "affirmatively demonstrated his character and fitness sufficiently to allow his reinstatement as a member of the bar”, and otherwise satisfied the requirements of 22 NYCRR 603.14 (b), and recommending his reinstatement, is granted. The fee of $250 payable upon the filing of a petition for reinstatement (22 NYCRR 603.14 flj) is waived, respondent making an adequate showing of hardship.

Petition granted, fee waived, and respondent reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, effective February 8, 1990.
