Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, entered in the New York county clerk’s office on the 29th day of December, 1913, in so far as it denies defendant’s motion to amend judgment of separation so as to relieve him from payment of alimony accruing subsequent to the time the application was made.

The order, in so far as it is appealed'from, is reversed, without costs, and the motion to amend the judgment granted to the extent of reducing the alimony to ten dollars a week from the date of the order appealed from.
