In Equity. Petition of intervention by Tennant, Walker & Co. in a creditors’ suit brought by Rainwater, Boogher & Co. and others against Smith & French, Johnson Thompson, and Mrs. J. A. French. The interveners’ petition was dismissed on demurrer, and they appeal.
Reversed.
