Appeal from order of the General Term of the Supreme Court in the third judicial department, made Hovember 25, 1890, which reversed on certiorari the proceedings of the board of police commissioners of the village of Greenbush in removing relator from the position of superintendent of the police department and dismissing him from the police force.
