In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise covered by the foregoing protests consists of nylon fishing line similar in all material respects to that the subject of J. M. P. R. Trading Corp. and Alltransport, Inc. v. United States (37 Cust. Ct. 324, Abstract 60183), the claim of the plaintiffs was sustained.
