Without attempting to construe the will under consideration by the learned surrogate, we are of opinion that the decree must be affirmed. Decree of the Surrogate’s Court of Queens county affirmed, with costs to the respondent payable out of the estate. No opinion. Blackmar, P. J., Mills, Rich, Putnam and Jaycox, JJ., concur.
