Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of Texas; Joseph 0. Hutcheson, Jr., Judge. Suit in equity by the Galveston Causeway Construction Company and another against the Galveston, Harrisburg & San Antonio Railway Company and others. From a decree dismissing the bill, and awarding defendants relief on cross-claim (284 F. 137), complainants appeal.
Affirmed.
