Appeal by a judgment creditor from an order denying his motion to direct the third-party bank to pay over funds of judgment debtors which are on deposit in the bank. Order denying the motion and directing that the funds be kept on deposit until title is determined affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P.
