Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, entered in the New York county clerk’s office on the 4th day of December, 1913, denying a motion made by the plaintiff for a temporary injunction.

The order appealed from should be affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, without determining the question as to what if any injunction the plaintiff will be entitled to on the proofs as they are developed on the trial.
