Appeal from a judgment of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the second judicial department, entered June 13, 1896, affirming a judgment in favor of defendants entered upon a decision of the court dismissing the complaint on trial at Special Term. Reynolds v. Bank of Mt. Vernon, 6 App. Div. 62, affirmed. Wilson Brown, Jr., for appellant. Isaac W. Mills for respondents. [MAJORITY] Judgment affirmed, with costs, on opinion below. All concur, except Vann, J., not voting.
