Anna Lewis et al., Appellants, v. Solpine Realty Corp., Respondent. [MAJORITY] Under the rule that the plaintiffs were entitled to the benefit of the most favorable inferences that might be drawn from their proof, we find that it was error for the trial court to direct a nonsuit in this case. Judgment unanimously reversed and a new trial ordered, with costs to the appellants to abide the event. Present — Martin, P. J., Glennon, Dore, Callahan and Van Voorhis,.. JJ.
