Suit in equity by the United States against the North American Oil Consolidated, Walter P. Frick, John F. Carlston, Clarence J. Berry, Dennis Searles, Walter H. Leimert, and Wickham Havens. Decree for complainant, and defendants appeal.
Reversed.
