In the Matter of the Claim of Horace Marano, Respondent, against Ruby Lighting Company et al., Appellants, and Williamsburgh Electric Supply Corp., et al., Respondents. Workmen’s Compensation Board, Respondent. [MAJORITY] The decision of this court, banded down on November 29, 1950 {ante, p. 1081), is amended by striking therefrom the provision which awards costs to the Workmen’s Compensation Board. It is further amended by providing that costs be awarded to the respondent, State Insurance Fund. Foster, P. J., Heffernan, Deyo, Bergan and Coon, JJ., concur.
