In a habeas corpus proceeding, relator appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, entered June 18, 1963, which dismissed the writ and remanded him to respondent’s custody. Judgment affirmed, without costs. (People v. Porter, 14 N Y 2d 785.)
