[MAJORITY] Judgment and order reversed upon the law and the facts and a new trial granted, costs to appellants to abide the event. There were facts indicating that plaintiffs were the procuring cause of the sale of the property to one Linten, and those facts should have been submitted to the jury. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Kapper, Scudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
