Appeal from an order entered on the 29th day of September, 1911, as resettled by an order entered on the 14th day of October, 1911, granting a motion for reargument of a motion to continue an injunction during the pendency of the action, vacating the decision of the original motion and granting a motion for injunction.

As the temporary injunction appealed from does nothing more than to preserve the status quo pending the trial, the order appealed from will be affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, without expressing any opinion on the merits, or as to whether the plaintiff is entitled to any relief.
