[1] This appeal of the Order of Campbell J. of June 20, 2003 is, in reality, a collateral attack on the order of Rouleau J. of January 13, 2003. Rouleau J.'s January 13, 2003 order was not appealed. No error is alleged in relation to the order of Campbell J.
[2] The appeal will be dismissed with costs of $2,000 to the Respondent, Tous Enterprises Ltd., inclusive of fees, disbursements and G.S.T.
