[1] The applicant argues that the Board reached its conclusion without regard to the evidence before it. In order for this Court to interfere with the Board's factual inferences in findings, we must be persuaded that they are patently unreasonable. [2] While the Board's analysis of the evidence is perhaps more laconic than one might hope, we are not persuaded that its conclusion is patently unreasonable.
