At the commencement of the hearing, the Tribunal Registry Officer read the Case for Hearing and called for appearances. All of the parties were represented by counsel. [2] On the following morning, counsel for the Complainant and the Canadian Human Rights Commission stated that they would not be calling any evidence in support of the Complaint.
