The names may only be disclosed to the parties and the parties’ expert(s) and may only be used for the purposes of this hearing. The parties, their counsel, and their expert witnesses shall not use these names to contact the individuals. In the event that there are any difficulties arising out of this Order, the parties may contact the Tribunal to make further submissions.
