RUDRASINGAM VIPULANATHAN) Applicant and THE MINISTER OF CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION Respondent REASONS FOR JUDGMENT AND JUDGMENT [1] The Applicant is an adult Tamil male citizen of Sri Lanka. He entered Canada and claimed refugee protection under the Convention. That claim was rejected by the Immigration and Refugee Board in a written decision dated May 29, 2007. It is that decision that is under review in this application. [2] I find that this application is dismissed. [3] The findings of the Board are entirely based on an assessment of the evidence and findings that the Applicant lacked credibility. These are grounds upon which great deference is to be given to the findings of the Board. [4] Counsel for the Applicant has not demonstrated that any reviewable error has been made. JUDGMENT For the Reasons given: THIS COURT ORDERS AND ADJUDGES that: 1. The Application is dismissed; 2. There is no question for certification; 3. No order as to costs. “Roger T.
