I thus find that the decision was reached in reviewable error. ORDER [2] Accordingly, the decision of July 19, 2000 is set aside and the matter is referred to another visa officer for determination, on a direction that the redetermination be carried out on the evidence produced by Mr. Huynh and his mother up to July 31, 2000. [1] I am satisfied on the record that all the evidence was not considered in reaching a proper
