(sitting with jury) and ordering a new trial. Appeal dismissed. //Gonthier J.// The judgment of the Court was delivered orally by Gonthier J. ‑‑ This appeal comes to us as of right and requests that the order of the Court of Appeal for a new trial be quashed and the verdict of acquittal restored.
