As of this date, Alain Aubin has not filed any representations on behalf of the applicant. [2] Having regard to the foregoing, the respondent's bill is assessed as submitted. The amount of $1,103.67 is allowed for the fees claimed under items 2 (4 units), 13 (2 units), 14 (2 units X 31 minutes) and 26 (3 units) as well as the disbursements totalling $22.50.
