[2] The applicant did not file an affidavit explaining why he did not file an application for judicial review in the prescribed time period. [3] I am satisfied that there is no arguable case here. Grewal v. M.E.I., [1985] 2 F.C. 263. ORDER THIS COURT ORDERS that the application for an extension of time is dismissed.
