At the request of the respondent, the assessment of its bill of costs proceeded on the basis of the parties’ written submissions. [2] After examining the applicant’s submissions, the respondent’s fees are set at $720.00 for items 4 (4 units) and 26 (2 units) of Tariff B. I have reduced the number of units requested for the assessment of costs to 2 since this is a relatively simple procedure. It should be noted that the value of the unit was amended on April 1, 2005; it was increased from $110 to $120. The fees have been calculated accordingly. [3] As to the disbursements incurred in this case, they are allowed as requested in the amount of $112.09. [4] The respondent’s costs are therefore assessed and allowed in the amount of $832.09. A certificate shall be issued for that amount.
