Appeals dismissed. Judah Wolofsky, for the appellants. Gontran Chamard, for the respondent. The judgment of the Court was delivered orally by RITCHIE J.—We are all of the view that the Court of Appeal of Quebec did not err in finding that the trial judge properly convicted the accused of criminal negligence in the operation of a motor vehicle.
