[1] This judicial review application is dismissed. The applicant did not appear for the hearing nor was she represented by counsel. In these circumstances Mr. Lamb, for the Minister, asked me to dismiss the application. [2] The hearing of this matter was scheduled for April 19, 2001. At that time Ms. Doray appeared for the applicant but sought my leave to withdraw from the record because she had not been able to obtain instructions from her client, who was removed to Bangladesh following the Refugee Board's determination that there was no credible basis to her refugee claim. I allowed Ms. Doray's motion to withdraw. [3] I then adjourned the hearing to May 2, 2001, at the request of Ms. Doray, who indicated that although she had withdrawn from the record, she would nonetheless make a further attempt to contact her client. [4] On May 2, as I have already indicated, no one appeared for the applicant. The judicial review application was therefore dismissed. I should add that on the basis of the records before me, I was not satisfied that the Board had made any error in concluding that the applicant was …
