[1] In view of the complete absence of evidence as to the expenses or the value of the consideration supplied by the claimant within the meaning of s. 57(6)(a)(i) and (ii) of the Unemployment Insurance Regulations, C.R.C. 1978, c. 1576 (as amended), we consider that the umpire made no error that could warrant our intervention.
[2] The application for judicial review will be dismissed with costs.
[3] A copy of these reasons will be filed in cases A-321-00, A-322-00 and in A-324-00 to A-328-00 inclusive, on which no costs will be awarded.
