[2] The plaintiff had until January 8, 2003, to make submissions. As no opposition has been received to date and the various claims seem reasonable, all the fees, except for those requested for assessment of costs, are allowed as such. An amount of $220 is awarded under item 26 of Tariff B. [3] The disbursements incurred for the costs of service and photocopying are awarded in the amount of $184.15. It should be noted that we reduce the number of copies of the appearance to three, which represents one copy for each of the parties and the Court. [4] The defendant's costs are assessed in the amount of $2,131.15. A certificate is issued for that amount.
