[1] Upon the appearance before the Court of Gregory Perlinski, counsel for the Respondent; and upon the agent for the Appellant, Mr. Dale Somerville, C.A. appearing before the Court and advising the Court that the Appellant has instructed Mr. William Mouris, Barrister & Solicitor, of 201 – 4104 A – 97th Street, Edmonton, Alberta, T6E 5Y6, telephone (780) 414-6080, to act as counsel for the Appellant and Mr. Mouris having entered an appearance, the Court heard from Mr. Perlinski and Mr. Mouris. Upon their advice that this matter will be concluded by administrative settlement, the hearing was adjourned until 9:15 a.m. June 5, 2009 at Edmonton, Alberta.
