APPEAL pursuant to s. 618(1)(a) of the Criminal Code from a decision of the Court of Appeal of Quebec[1], affirming a verdict of guilty of murder in the second degree rendered by a judge and jury. Appeal quashed. Gérard Rouleau, for the appellant. Jean-Pierre Bonin, for the respondent. THE COURT—The appeal is based on section 618(1)(a) of the Criminal Code. The Court is of the opinion that the dissenting judge in the Court of Appeal did not dissent from the reasons of the majority on any question of law. The appeal is quashed. Appeal quashed.
