[2] AND UPON hearing the submissions of counsel for both parties in Toronto on Wednesday, May 21, 2003. [3] AND UPON reviewing the material indicating that the Applicant was employed by the Romanian Ministry of National Defence as a Chief Accountant for Military Unit 01433 Oradea. [4] AND UPON reviewing the Officer's notes together with her affidavit and correspondence and the Applicant's affidavit, record of employment duties and Certificate of Award of Expert Accountant/Authorized Accountant Qualification. [5] AND UPON concluding that the Visa Officer did not make a reviewable error when she assessed the Applicant's application for permanent residence.
